Наградите Еми бяха раздадени за 69-и път, като оценката на телевизионната продукция в Щатите се дава за програми, излъчвани от 1 юни 2016 до 31 май 2017, а изборът е на Academy of Television Arts & Sciences. Церемонията беше излъчена от Microsoft Theater в Лос Анджелис по CBS в неделната вечер с водещ Стивън Колбер. Щатските анализатори си се кефят на факта, че през 2017 има много сериозно признание на LGBTQ-творци в полето на телевизионните програми, радват се на появата на трите легенди – Джейн Фонда, Лили Томлин и Доли Партън, демонстрирали завидно чувство за хумор, а също на остроумните закачки в „антре”-то на шоуто, както и на овациите, с които е посрещната Маргарет Атууд – цялата зала на крака с признание за силата на нейните творби и специално за романа „The Handmaid’s Tale”, по който е създаден големият победител на вечерта. Другият хит е „Big Little Lies” на НВО. Неизбежно е да се обърне внимание на стремителния възход на Hulu и стрийминг услугите в сравнение с традиционните телевизионни канали и VoD-платформите.

Пет са телевизионните канали, които си разделят наградите в основните категории – HBO имат 10, NBC са с 6, Hulu – 5, Netflix – 4, FX са с две. С най-много награди се оказаха каналите HBO и Netflix – с по 20 приза, NBC – с 15, а Hulu – с 10.

Меко казано странно, абе – направо престъпно ни изглежда решението да няма нито една от основните награди за „Stranger Things”, „Westworld” и „Fargo” – всъщност коментарите по този въпрос решихме да оставим на вас!

  1. абе малко офтопик: Някой от вас знае ли, че ще излиза продължение на The Man from Earth на 13 октомвия в САЩ с подзаглавие Holoscene и че ще прави нещо като сериал по въпроса?

    май няма новина по въпроса, а тийзър трейлъра е излязъл още в началото на лятото.

    1. Точно този филм няма как да има продължение и да е добро.

    2. Намерих две ревюта от някаква ранна прожекция и са доста позитивни и общо взето казват, че филма е успял да пресъздаде духа на първата част, а и има вече оценка 8.9 в IMDB. Като цяло съм оптимист засега, но май ще трябва да се чака торент, до тука абсурд да стигне на кино

  2. Доста тенденциозен изглежда изборът в много от категориите, но здраве да е. Всеки има очи да гледа. Поне Master of None, престъпно негледан в България Netflix шедьовър, получи признание, макар и по-скоро именно заради въпросната тенденциозност, а не толкова заради безспорните си качества (който тръгне да го гледа – да внимава за епизода с първите срещи 🙂 а и генерално във всеки един майсторски изпипан отрязък от историята на Ансари)

Странно, че FEUD не взе нито една награда, а каста бе повече от блестящ.Да не говорим за всичко останало в този лимитиран сериал, който заслужава висока оценка, а пък дуото Сарандън/Ланг са много по -добри от Дърн/Кидман или от която и да е от актрисите в,,Историята на прислужницата“.Гледах и трите сериала и ..Големите малки лъжи“ има прекалено много слабости и едва последният епизод горе долу ми хареса.При,,…прислужницата“ се редуваха силни с много слаби епизоди,но бе по -добър от предният коментиран.Докато във ,,Вражда“ бе истинско удоволствие да се гледат Ланг и Сарандън ,които бяха повече от блестящи,направо великолепни.
